WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GET STUCK OR HAVE A QUESTION?
The best place to bring your ad & strategy specific questions is to the weekly support call or your 1:1 calls with our MLAP Success Coach. If you have a question that just can’t wait – that’s why we have created the Facebook Group. Drop your question inside our Weekly Coaching Thread in the group and the MLAP Success Coach will get you an answer.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY WEEKLY AD AUDITS?
All current members who have live ads qualify for a weekly ad account audit from our MLAP Coach! Follow these steps to give our team access to your ad account, Facebook page, and pixel. Our coach will then record your weekly audit which will be sent to you via email on Fridays.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY AD COPY/CREATIVE FOR REVIEW?
All current students can submit up to three versions of copy/creative and receive personalized feedback and suggestions from our team! You can submit your copy/creative for review via this Form. We’ll email you our feedback on ad copy within three business days, and feedback for all other copy within five business days. Below, you’ll find the type of copy/creative you can submit and what counts as ‘one’ submission:
Option 1: Up to 5 versions of Ad Copy/Creative (provided all at once)
Option 2: 1 Landing Page
Option 3: 1 Sales Page
Option 4: Up to 7-10 Emails (provided all at once)
Option 5: 1 Video Outline (main messaging points / hooks / title)
(Note: Each individual option above is treated as ONE submission. One submission does NOT include ALL of the above options.)
HOW DO I BOOK MY 1:1 STRATEGY CALLS WITH my MLAP Account Manager?
You qualify for bi-weekly 30-minute 1:1 strategy calls while you’re an active member of Market Like A Pro or an active Live Support Member. If you’re not sure who your assigned account manager is or need their booking link, email us at email@example.com.
HOW DO I BOOK MY 1:1 MESSAGING CALLS WITH OUR MLAP MESSAGING COACH?
You qualify for one monthly 30-minute 1:1 messaging call while you’re an active member of Market Like A Pro. You can book those calls HERE.
HOW DO I UTILIZE THE TECH SOS SUBMISSIONS?
You qualify for two Tech SOS submissions each month while you’re an active member of Market Like A Pro.
Our tech team will investigate and diagnose issues with your funnel(s), and provide feedback and next steps via a Loom recording explaining what went wrong and how to resolve the issues on your own. (Not done-for-you). Submit your tech issues HERE.
WHERE DO I FIND THE SUPPORT CALL SCHEDULE?
The support call and training schedule can be found as the header inside the Facebook Group. You will also be added to our MLAP Google Calendar, which will sync with your current online calendar. We’ll also create events on Facebook and send you email reminders so you won’t miss a beat!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE THE SUPPORT CALL LIVE?
Don’t worry! You can presubmit questions for every support call (forms are linked in the Facebook group on a weekly basis and emailed out each Monday), and then catch your answer on the replay! Our calls and trainings are always recorded and uploaded to both the Facebook Group and the Live Support section of the MLAP site.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY 1:1 STRATEGY/MESSAGING CALL?
If you know in advance that you will not be able to make the call, please reach out to our coaches ASAP to reschedule. If you unexpectedly are unable to make the call, our coaches will stay on Zoom for 10 minutes to wait for you. If you don’t join by then, you’ll be marked as a no show and you will forfeit that call for the month.
